85th Anniversary

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

In 2002 the celebration of the 85th  Anniversary of Raggedy Ann and Andy and their wonderful stories, we are introducing the Nursery Rhyme Series of Raggedys.  The first in the series are Raggedy Jack and Raggedy Jill from their well-known fairy tale.  Jack carries the traditional "pail" of water.

TIP OF THE MONTH

Raggedy Hair

The care of all Raggedy Hair is quite simple.  Never take a brush or comb to the yarn hair.  

If the hair needs fluffing, simply place your hand around the doll's neck with the thumb in the front and the middle finger in the back.  Grasp firmly shaking back and forth.  You need to shake vigorously in order to fluff the hair.  

Should the hair need dusting, use a make-up brush prior to fluffing.
